Aya Taoufik Allah is a junior associate at SP.IN Law, where she advises and represents clients in proceedings before FIFA, UEFA, the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

 

She also assists clients with drafting and reviewing a broad range of contracts, including employment, transfer, representation and sponsorship agreements.

Aya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Law and Transnational Legal Studies from the University of Turin, a Master’s degree in International Sports Law from the Real Madrid Graduate School (Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid), and a Certificate in Sports Mediation and Conflict Resolution.

Before joining SP.IN Law, Aya worked at Real Madrid C.F., where she dealt with sponsorship agreements, intellectual property and brand protection, as well as disciplinary proceedings under LaLiga and UEFA regulations.

 

Aya is a native speaker of Italian and Arabic and is fluent in Spanish, English and French. She also regularly contributes articles to specialist sports law publications.
